We used Craig for almost two years. He was great at first. He showed up as scheduled and showed attention to detail. First he cut one of my drip lines but never told me. I asked him about it and he assured me he would fix it. His solution was duct tape. Then his equipment started failing while servicing my lawn. His solution was to jam his riding mower through my fence gate causing deep scratches on both sides.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per each complete mow job. You can save money with us during the off season ( Nov-May ) by going with less often mowing's. Most of our customers get by with only 1 mowing in the off season.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us. We can give you an estimate with in minutes by using google earth. We use google earth to measure size of the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of combined knowledge in the lawn mowing industry.
