I am a professional chef with over 30 years of experience working with high-profile clients. I have an extensive menu library and cuisine knowledge. Fred catered my wedding reception and did an amazing job! The customer one on one attention picking out the menu with Fred really made me feel like my day was definitely the only thing on his mind. His impeccable attention to detail and food pairings was just perfect for what we were looking for. The food was amazing and everyone raved about it throughout the night. Fred stayed on site himself personally and was constantly refreshing the items that had been eaten and he was constantly prepping and making sure everything looked and tasted just as amazing as the very first bite, with each and every mouthful. His wonderful personality and joyful spirit and amazing tasting food is definitely something that is still talked about among my friends. I have used him since my wedding reception for other parties and will continue to always book him for all my future events.
