FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is speaking with the client on the phone and get an idea of what they are looking to get out of personal training. That way I can start coming up with a plan that is tailored to them. Then our first session we go over paperwork, goals, limitations, and anything else they want to discuss ahead of time. Then, we would go to the gym and get a baseline assessment. Getting a baseline for a variety of body parts- arms, chest, etc. This allows me to create a better program for our next session which we dive into the workout. I work within the patients ability to ensure safety and promotes success and growth. This way we start at the right pace, weight level, and exercises. This way they feel the workout without having to worry about hurting themselves.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love that I get to be apart of people's health journeys. Taking the first step toward a better tomorrow is not easy and requires work and dedication. I love that I get to help them achieve goals that before they thought were out of reach but now can be a reality. Seeing people have the success and knowing I can help them through teaching, training, and just being someone who believes in them is truly the best part of my job. I have worked out in big box gyms for many years and I have worked with several trainers. I had some truly great trainers that helped me to achieve my goals, but in the big box gym I did not feel like it was truly personalized toward me. That is what inspired me to open my own company. I want to create a game plan that achieves everything that wish to get out of training. At the end of the day, its not about me, but the client and what they get out of it. I design each client's plan of success specifically to them. It is fully tailored to them and how we think we can achieve this goals. The goals we set are not dreams, but are achievable. Sometimes what we think are dreams that are unreachable are opportunities to reach. I don't want any person to feel like they are strictly a number. Every person has a story, has goals, and deserves to like they truly matter. That is what inspired me to start my own company.
