- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i do not set the prices, i work at crunch and they have the prices set. i only get a percentage of prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i go through and get all of your goals to make sure we are on track with want you want to accomplish, then we get all of your measurements ( height, weight, body fat percentage, and circumference for body parts), then we go through a movement screening ao i know how to safely work with you, and then we put together a plan specifically for you to reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a nasm certified personal trainer. i have coached basketball, power lifting, muay thai, and jiu-jitsu. fat loss training, strength training, and sports athletic training.
