I’ve struggled with gym anxiety and hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in over two years. Meeting Nick completely changed that. I honestly thought it was going to be dreadful, but now I’m excited to work out and actually look forward to my sessions. This is a second time I hired Nick to work with me. Nick is a great guy who knows what he is doing. He actually listens to what you want to achieve by working with him and creates a plan to get you there. He is changing the routines constantly so it’s never the same. All in all, great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a new clients who go through my website their first session free of charge in which consists of the fitness evaluation and a mini personal training session. Nextjourneyfitness.com
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss the current fitness level and goals of the client with them directly. Then I will perform a personal training fitness evaluation on the client. This evaluation gives me a much better understanding on the clients current fitness capabilities and weaknesses and directs me on which route to take. Everyone is different and will have a different workout routine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Official International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) Personal Training Certification.
