- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to go by consistent pricing bit it's hard because there are a lot of factors involved. I try to get $35 an hour I clouding chemical. I figure that's a fraction of what most guys will charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and ask them if they would like to have some work done then talk prices what I get an idea of how long it will take me.
