- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try my best to offer the best prices that work best for you, not me. I offer 15% off any first time customer for any projects as well, no matter how big. My business is built on overdelivering and undercutting the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is as open and clear as I possibly can make it. I am very upfront with my procedures, and what will be performed to best suit you. When we book an appointment, I send reminders the day before, one hour before, and when I am 10 minutes away (I'm never late) to make sure you are always in the loop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started a mobile auto detailing business (Jndetailing.org) and worked at a detail shop before then. I have over 3 years of experience in cleaning and building customer relationships.
