Josh came out almost immediately and accomplished the work on the first visit. Did a nice job and I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofmaintenance.

Josh and his partner are very good at what they do and he offers very fair pricing. The overwhelming amount of 5 star reviews he has reflects his work ethic. I will definitely be calling him again for roofrepair work.

It’s all about honesty with these two gentleman. They arrived promptly as they said they would. They came from Palmetto to North Port, over an hour in travel time. I told them I had a roof leak with three estimates in at $2500, 2200 and 1800. He quickly did a water test with my hose to find the leak by going into my crawl space extensively. Only one of the previous three estimates did that, only to take a peek. He found the leak and patched, sealed, replaced shingles /flashing in the problem area. The charge was $600, with a one year guarantee, at least $1500 in savings from the other estimates. The other contractors were assuming where the leak was coming from and would replace unnecessary roofing materials. Again, work ethic and honesty prevailed. I highly recommend Dry Guys. Thanks again!

Joshua replied very promptly and acted in a professional manner from start to finish. The initial repair did not fully resolve the leak but Joshua responded right away when we informed him of this and he came out very quickly to complete the repair. Since his second visit we have not had any roof leaks. I highly recommend Dry Guys for your roofing needs and we would happily use this company in the future.

I had roofrepair done a year ago and the leak continued. However Dry Guys roofing, was able to find the problem, fix it properly and the roof no longer leaks. I highly recommend Dry Guys roofing. Josh was able to troubleshoot and find the problem he just would not give up until he found the problem and fixed it. He demonstrates not only skill but he cares about his customers. When the time comes to completely replace the roof I will definitely call Dry Guys Roofing and Repair.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. Sometimes higher and sometimes lower. I always like to stress to potential customers, although pricing is an important part of the decision making process, it shouldnt be the only factor in making that decision.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with residential customers as well as commercial properties. We've also done many project for general contractors, real estate companies, and insurance companies. We have vast experience with all types needing roofing services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A job that really highlighted our work was a 50 square metal job. It wasnt a huge job but very complicated and detailed. The property had 3 levels all requiring roofing. It was extremely multi-faced (hips, valleys. and drop downs) which required alot of high technical-skilled attention to almost every oart of the roof. It took us 1 week to complete but the customer and general contractor we're very impressed and elated at how great it turned out.
