- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally based on how much work is required. I can deliver basic media or if the client desires I can digitally master their photos or videos to where they rival big production studio work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is discussing the clients expectations. Whether the client is hiring me for personal or business reasons it is important to set expectations and share possibility's that they may be unaware of. Additionally I like to share examples for the client to view for their particular need so we can refine the end deliverable that hopefully exceeds their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting photos and video for over forty years and over that time I have had college courses and I self educate via tutorial courses and digital photography/videography publications as an ongoing education of what is new and popular.
