We asked to notorize the will, heathcare suragate and POA. The job was in S. FM and was expected to take 45 mins. Laurie was well organized, arriving 15 mins before. She was patient while a witness snafu took place. Going forward, she took charge very effectively, directing the process professionally making sure all doc were properly completed. Laurie was flexible with standby witness in the she worked to get them back home in time. Laurie is personable, outgoing, and well organized. She adapted to our witness issue professionally.
