Our pricing is upfront and honest. We offer popular flat-rate deals like 3 rooms for $79 or sofa + carpet bundles. There are no surprise fees — if something requires extra care (like silk or mold treatment), we always explain and price it before starting. We also run regular discounts for repeat customers and multi-service combos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’re very transparent. No hidden fees. We offer flat-rate packages (like 3 rooms for $79), and we frequently offer bundle discounts on things like carpet + sofa or air duct + dryer vent. If the job is bigger or more delicate, we’ll give a custom quote on the spot — free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in IICRC guidelines for carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. On top of that, we’ve studied fabric care for fine materials like silk, wool, and linen to handle high-end furnishings safely.
