Jason responded very fast and came by the same evening to fix my problem with my AC. He worked fast and had my leak stopped without a problem. I ended up buying an annual maintenance agreement for my AC. Everyone should do the same down here in Florida! If you have a problem with the AC don't hesitate to call Shark Air! Lisa

Chris came out checked out everything. He let us know that our air conditioner could not be repaired because the type of Freon isn’t even available anymore. Same night we got a quote. Chris said it would be 1-3 days. In 2 1/2 days they were all day changing out the air handler and air conditioner. We are so happy

Even though i did not have them do the work because it was actually covered under an installing warranty, Jason was very quick to respond and was able to come out and provide me with a diagnosis that determined the leak i had is a manufacturers defect. I will follow up with them for maintenance work and any future repair needs.
