Very nice and professional. More importantly honest. I had researched my issue and thought it was a much bigger issue. He could have easily made the repair I thought it was. Instead he found my capasitor was unplugged . I will continue to have him do my annual service from this point on .

I highly recommend Shark Air Heating & Cooling! After calling and reviewing several different companies, it was clear this was the best choice. As soon as I placed a service request, I received a call from Jason, who was thorough in explaining how he could help and breaking down the costs and fees clearly. Jason was prompt, professional, and arrived the same day. He not only fixed the issue but also cleaned our AC and took care of a few additional repairs. You can immediately tell he knows what he’s doing—he’s knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and makes sure you feel confident about the work being done. The level of professionalism was unmatched, and the price simply can’t be beat compared to other companies I contacted. If I could give 10 stars, I would! We had such a great experience that we even signed up for their annual membership, which turned out to be a fantastic deal as well. Shark Air Heating & Cooling truly takes care of their customers—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Shark Air tech Chris arrived on time, analyzed the problem and made repairs in short order. We could not ask for better treatment by a company we had never used before. Chris kept us informed throughout the process and gave us pointers on how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend them.

Chris came out checked out everything. He let us know that our air conditioner could not be repaired because the type of Freon isn’t even available anymore. Same night we got a quote. Chris said it would be 1-3 days. In 2 1/2 days they were all day changing out the air handler and air conditioner. We are so happy
