No, there is too many variables involved. The customers vary with their priorities and the properties are rarely the same condition. I try to keep it as affordable as possible.

I try to clarify what their priorities are. That helps me deliver what they are looking for and price it accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I painted for my grandfather's company, one of the top industrial painting contractors in Chicago. I painted for my Dad doing Fortune 500 commercial companies. I was University of Chicago painting foreman for eleven years.
