I contracted with Voda for dryer vent cleaning. The original technician visit did not produce the results I was expecting (i.e., I still got an error message that the vent was blocked). I called Amanda at Voda and explained the situation to her. She took care of notifying Cameron who came and looked at the work, identified the problem (something had been overlooked) , and then sent another technician to finish the job. My dryer is working perfectly now. I am very impressed with the Voda team's professionalism, courtesy and skill. They worked with me until they were absolutely certain that I was satisfied with the work. And they were very pleasant throughout. I will definitely use them again.

Exceptional communication and even better service! I have some outdoor furniture cushions that I needed cleaned and contacted Voda. They were able to schedule me fairly quickly, and the young man they sent out was professional and took extra time and care with my cushions. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again!
