Contracted with Unparalleled Construction LLC to replace our tile floor, after faulty installation by Coral Isle Builders subcontractors which caused our tile to tent, crack, and pop.Frank and his team came in and quickly removed the old tile and thinset. Shortly thereafter, he and his team started the grueling process of installing the membrane and finally the new tiles.Communication was great as we were kept up to date with the progress. Start to finish on an 1860 sq ft home was just under 6 weeks. They also replaced all the water shutoff valves in the house, as have of them werent working. House is only 3-1/2 years old.Frank and his team did an outstanding job, and I would 100% hire them again if the need arises. If you have any remodeling needs, or even new construction, Unparalleled Construction LLC is your go-to!!Thank you, Frank and the Unparalleled Construction LLC team.

I have had Frank Alparone do many jobs in my home. The first job was when he hung my front door. I had other contractors give me prices and far and away he was the most reasonable, and he did a very good job. Frank consistently charges reasonable and fair prices. More recently Frank renovated 2 bathrooms in my house in Manasquan, NJ. The bathrooms turned out great. Frank does all of the work himself. He shows up when he says he will, and he is very responsive to phone calls. Frank is always on time. He is a nice guy, easy to have in your home. My daughter is a professional architect, and she became very involved in designing the master bath which is not a big room. The tiles she chose were a challenge, and Frank did a great job. I love my new bathroom. So my architect daughter bought a co-op apartment in Union City, NJ. That bathroom was a disaster so she hired Frank to come to Union City to completely renovate that bathroom. He traveled over 60 miles each way and showed up on time. So this is the 3rd bathroom we had him do.This tile job she designed was much more complex than the one at my house. It is a work of art, and Frank did it. He did a great job. Check out pictures on his website. Everyone knows that women are allowed to change their minds, but this could present problems in construction after it is done. So if a builder puts a medicine cabinet in the space that was decided upon, and then the woman doesn't like it, the builder probably won't want to move it cause he basically has to rebuild a wall. Both my daughter and I did that to Frank. He was wonderful about it. I'm sure another contractor would have freaked out the first time when the mother did it, but Frank took a mother/ daughter hit and moved the cabinets. And he made us both happy even though he had so much more work. I tell Frank I think he's the best because I think he is. Most recently the ladder to my attic broke off. I couldn't get to Christmas decorations. I called Frank. He was here the next day with a new ladder and installed it. I could go on and on with neighbors that I have referred him to who are happy with his work, but safe is to say that he is very good at his profession. He is a man that can be trusted. I highly recommend him.

Frank is in a class of his own. He was recommended by a neighbor. Frank did a fantastic job on my kitchen renovation. His knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. He is reliable and kept me up to date on progress a daily basis. His pricing is realistic and he honored my budget. He has great support from his assistant Dylan. As a team, they are unbeatable. Will gladly work with him again.

After Ian and the flooding of our condo and complete gutting and mold remediation, I went on to Angi's List and found Frank and Unparalleled Construction along with 3 others. We choose Frank as his references were impeccable. Found him and his crew most excellent to work with, fair prices, and very personable. We are more than ecstatic with our "new" condo renovation. Definitely call him with your building and renovation needs.

Frank was awesome! He repaired/remodeled our master bath and closet after Ian and did an outstanding job. He was reliable, arriving when he said he would, and completed the job when he said he would. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied with his work and the work of his team. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with Unparalleled Construction and will definitely be using them again when we add a 4th bathroom to our home.
