Eileen G. says, "I have had Frank Alparone do many jobs in my home. The first job was when he hung my front door. I had other contractors give me prices and far and away he was the most reasonable, and he did a very good job. Frank consistently charges reasonable and fair prices. More recently Frank renovated 2 bathrooms in my house in Manasquan, NJ. The bathrooms turned out great. Frank does all of the work himself. He shows up when he says he will, and he is very responsive to phone calls. Frank is always on time. He is a nice guy, easy to have in your home. My daughter is a professional architect, and she became very involved in designing the master bath which is not a big room. The tiles she chose were a challenge, and Frank did a great job. I love my new bathroom. So my architect daughter bought a co-op apartment in Union City, NJ. That bathroom was a disaster so she hired Frank to come to Union City to completely renovate that bathroom. He traveled over 60 miles each way and showed up on time. So this is the 3rd bathroom we had him do.This tile job she designed was much more complex than the one at my house. It is a work of art, and Frank did it. He did a great job. Check out pictures on his website. Everyone knows that women are allowed to change their minds, but this could present problems in construction after it is done. So if a builder puts a medicine cabinet in the space that was decided upon, and then the woman doesn't like it, the builder probably won't want to move it cause he basically has to rebuild a wall. Both my daughter and I did that to Frank. He was wonderful about it. I'm sure another contractor would have freaked out the first time when the mother did it, but Frank took a mother/ daughter hit and moved the cabinets. And he made us both happy even though he had so much more work. I tell Frank I think he's the best because I think he is. Most recently the ladder to my attic broke off. I couldn't get to Christmas decorations. I called Frank. He was here the next day with a new ladder and installed it. I could go on and on with neighbors that I have referred him to who are happy with his work, but safe is to say that he is very good at his profession.He is a man that can be trusted. I highly recommend him."See more

Roman and his team are ambitious hard workers who know how to hustle. Another company had kept me hanging on for a couple of days just for a first visit. But Roman and his team responded within a matter of minutes and were at my house in about an hour to take a look at my patio roof, which was leaking. That was last night at about 7 PM. They saw exactly what I needed and made an offer on the spot to fix the problem. It seemed pretty reasonable, so I agreed. This morning at 7AM, they were back to do the job. They were done in about an hour and a half. They even cleaned my gutters for me while they were up there. After a year of juggling contractors, I have to tip my hat to these guys. They are highly responsive, and they got the job done quicker than anybody else I've dealt with in the past year. I see great success in their future. Keep up the good work, guys. Be safe.
