- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and reasonable. Every job is different, so I like to take a look at the project first and then give a clear estimate. I always provide free estimates, and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what the customer needs. I like to walk through the project, answer any questions, and explain the options. Once we agree on a plan, I make sure the work is done carefully and on time. Communication is important to me, so I keep the customer updated throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience working in remodeling and repair. Most of what I know comes from being on the job, solving problems, and learning how to do the work the right way.
