I highly recommend ClearPath Inspection Group in Cape Coral. They were professional, timely, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Scheduling was smooth, and they showed up on time and ready to get to work.
Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how thorough the inspection was. They took the time to carefully examine the property and provided a detailed, easy-to-understand report with clear explanations and photos.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. They identified several issues that had been completely missed by a previous inspector, which gave me much greater confidence in understanding the true condition of the home.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. They answered questions promptly, explained their findings clearly, and even followed up afterward to make sure I had everything I needed and to address any additional concerns.

TJ went above and beyond. Were not in the area during the time of the preliminary inspection.He took short videos of each areas of the house with brief an explanation. He addressed my concerns and provided other useful information for guidance.He will also be doing the final inspection of our house. We will recommend him.He is a military veteran. We are too so, Its a win.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on sq/ft of your home. Base prices is $325. I also have bundles available for insurance add-ons (Wind Mitigation and 4-Point).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make it as simple as possible. Booking can be done online.
