- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is upon the type off cleaning and frequency that the customer needs. If is a standard cleaning, or deep cleaning. Just once, biweekly , every week... or vacation rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I meet with the client before the first cleaning, this way he can tell me what he needs, and I can explain how is my work, and we decide the best cleaning for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with cleaning for 5 years.
