- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the overall condition of the space. The price provided is an estimate and may change after assessing the home if additional time or services are required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by reviewing the details of the cleaning request such as the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning needed. Based on that information, we provide an estimated quote. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule a convenient date and time for the service. On the day of the cleaning, we complete the service according to the agreed scope and ensure everything meets our quality standards. After the first visit, we can also set up recurring services such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings if the customer prefers ongoing maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience working in the hotel industry, where I developed strong skills in professional cleaning, sanitation standards, and attention to detail. Working in hospitality taught me how to maintain high cleanliness standards and provide service that meets customer expectations. In addition, I hold a degree and certifications in Business, which allow me to effectively run and operate my cleaning business with professionalism, organization, and strong customer service practices. This combination of hospitality experience and business education helps me deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services to my clients.
