- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is unique, even if two homes are the same sq footage, the time to clean each can vary greatly depending upon factors such as: pets/no pets, carpet/tile floors, lots of decorative items/few or no decorative items, etc. Other factors such as recurring/repetitive cleanings or monthly or one time only cleanings affect pricing as well. Move in/move out or home staging cleanings are priced by the man hour. Vacation rentals are priced by the man hour because the length of time will vary depending on the age and number of guests staying in the rental. We provide fixed pricing estimates free of charge by phone, internet and email for recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Agree upon scope, price, day/time of cleaning. Provide scope of work to be performed, a task list that they may keep as reference and provide phone numbers/names of whom to call to resolve any questions or issues (such as reschedule a cleaning for a different day).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned my own related business in Michigan for 20 years, trained with a well known franchise as an owner/operator and have an MBA in business.
