I have been using Sunflowers Cleaning service since I moved to Florida from Chicago and I absolutely love them! All of the ladies are incredibly efficient, professional and they do an excellent incredible deep clean that is well worth the value. Lucy always keeps our monthly appointments and is very responsive. I work from home and if I ever have to switch a time or days due to meetings she is so flexible and understanding. To anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service that doesn't break the bank Sunflowers cleaning service is the way to go!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first time cleaning is usually charged by the hour, after which I establish a regular price depending on the house, and the needs of each client. I also offer 25% off for next cleaning if a client refer us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client as quickly as possible and schedule a visit, so we can meet each other and discuss all the details about the work to be done. Each client is unique and so their house are.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started years ago working for a cleaning company as helper, 1 year later I started doing it by myself and as I was growing I hired some helpers and then I decided to open my own business.
