The first service the company did was fine. From there this has deteriorated into some of the worst service I've ever seen. There's frankly no excuse for how bad it's gotten, and I'd love to have the professional come on here and apologize while admitting to their level of incompetence. The only way they're going to improve is to admit that they have no skill or ability in lawn care and thus, start learning about it from the ground up.
I ordered lawn care, weed control, edging, trimming, and shrub trimming. This isn't an $80 service, I'm paying $150 a month for a normal double lot sized lawn due to these extras. Let's only focus on weed control here. Understand everything else is terrible as well, but the weed control is the most egregious offense. I'm going to post some pictures, I guess I can only post 3...there's plenty more to see, but pay special attention to photo #2. That's not the lawn...that's a plant bed. Yes, the weeds are so out of control that the plant bed is completely green with weeds.
When a lawn company services a lawn, they represent that person and their home. Right now my lawn is an absolute disgrace. I'm embarrassed by it.
