- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to know that for a typical two story home in Missouri, it can vary greatly in price. I could come up with a quote as low as $89-$500, or as high as $1,000-$10,000 depending on the materials being used, the level of work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are experts at residential exterior cleaning. Most of the homes we clean are 1-20 years old. Common problems on the house is black streaked roofs, clogged gutters, dirty siding, dirty sidewalks and driveways and dirty windows. We remove lots of mold on the south or sunny sides of the house. These are all common problems in Missouri and can be cleaned very easily. If they are not cleaned however, they can lead to expensive carpentry problems or loss of energy efficiency.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust yourself. Hire the company that you are most comfortable with and make sure everything is in a written agreement.
