- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are set in stone, when you sign our service agreement we do not change the price or add on any additional fees like if the water turns green from a rainstorm or it gets really dirty from a party we keep the price that was signed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walk you through what package your looking for, submit a payment and we will be out 4 times a month it’s that easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a full team of highly experienced technicians for pool maintenance that have been in the business over 20+ years so if we happen to not know how to do something they walk us through on the spot, but we are very knowledgeable ourselves
