David Diaz of Great Jones responded immediately to my inquiry and I found him to be very knowledgeable. I had been handling the management of my own properties and to have someone else take over complete control at a price that was remarkable lower than anyone else was astonishing. Imagine, not having to worry about paying vendors and merely having a statement sent to me each month. Now that's for me!!

If you're an out of town investor like me, having a good property management company is priceless. Most of the property managers I've dealt with in the past really didn't seem to care about me or my properties; they only cared about doing the least amount of work and collecting their fee. Rob at PMI Paradise Properties is the exception to that experience. He's the guy that will go the extra mile to ensure your property is properly cared for and you get the highest rent with well qualified tenants. He treats the property like it's his; what a refreshing thought! Until now I have never had a Property Management company I have been able to give a 5 star rating. Thank you Rob for being that guy!!

Real Property Management Rental Direction has a great team of professionals. I am extremely pleased with how they accommodated my specific needs. Owning several rental properties in Florida became extremely difficult for me to manage because I travel a lot for work.     I've been doing roofing repairs for KMA now for about 2 years. They are a very professional company and great to deal with.
