FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"We strive to be transparent and competitive with our pricing here at Giza Roofing Solutions. Here's what you should know about our approach: Discounts: We are proud to offer discounts to valued members of our community. Be sure to ask if you qualify for our AAA discount, Veterans discount, or Senior Citizen discount. We appreciate your service and dedication. Competitive Pricing: We understand that a new roof is a significant investment, and we are committed to offering fair and competitive pricing for the quality of materials and workmanship we provide. Price Matching Consideration: To further ensure you're getting the best value, we are willing to consider price matching. If you have a written quote from another licensed and reputable roofing contractor in the Cape Coral area, we will review it carefully. For us to consider a price match, it's important that the quote is for the exact same scope of work and the same quality and type of materials. This ensures we are comparing apples to apples and can maintain our high standards of installation and service. Detailed Estimates: We provide comprehensive and detailed written estimates that clearly outline the cost of materials, labor, and any other applicable fees. We aim for transparency so you understand exactly what you're paying for. We believe in providing excellent value for your investment, combining competitive pricing with top-notch materials, expert installation, and strong warranties. We encourage you to discuss any pricing concerns or questions you may have with your sales representative."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact and Inquiry: Our office team gathers basic information: name, address, phone number, type of service needed (repair, replacement, inspection, etc.), and a brief description of the issue or project. Scheduling an On-Site Inspection and Consultation: Giza Roofing schedules a convenient time to visit the customer's property. During this visit, we will: Assess the roof: Thoroughly inspect the existing roof to identify damage, wear and tear, material type, and overall condition. Discuss customer's needs and concerns: Understand what the customer is looking for, their budget, aesthetic preferences, and any specific problems they are experiencing. Take measurements and photos: Gather necessary data for accurate estimation. Answer the customer's questions: Provide information about roofing materials, installation processes, warranties, and potential solutions. Developing and Presenting a Proposal/Estimate: Based on the inspection and consultation, the contractor prepares a detailed written proposal or estimate. This typically includes: Scope of work: A clear description of the work to be done. Materials: Types and quantities of roofing materials, underlayment, flashing, etc. Total cost: A clear and transparent price. Payment terms: How and when payments are expected. Warranty information: Details about the contractor's warranty and any manufacturer warranties. Timeline: Estimated start and completion dates. Insurance and licensing information: Proof of liability insurance and relevant licenses. Contract Signing and Project Planning: If the customer agrees to the proposal, a formal contract is signed by both parties. Giza Roofing will then: Order materials: Ensure all necessary materials are ordered and delivered. Schedule the work: Coordinate with the customer on a start date and timeline. Obtain necessary permits: required by local regulations. Communicate logistics: Inform the customer about access requirements, potential disruptions, and safety procedures. Roofing Work Execution: Giza Roofing Solutions crew will perform the agreed-upon work according to industry best practices and safety standards. This may involve: Tearing off the old roof (if applicable). Inspecting the roof deck and making any necessary repairs. Installing underlayment, flashing, and the new roofing material. Ensuring proper ventilation. Cleaning up the job site and disposing of debris. Final Inspection and Payment: Upon completion of the work, Giza Roofing will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction. The customer will also have an opportunity to inspect the work. Once the customer is satisfied, the final payment is typically collected according to the terms of the contract. Follow-Up and Warranty Service: Provide a wind mitigation report
