- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on slope and materials choice however our base pricing for roofs up to 6/12 pitch is as follows: New shingle roofs start at : $5.50 per sq ft New Cement tile roofs start at : $12.50 per sq ft New Metal roofs start at : $15 per sq ft We also carry discontinued tiles and charge $85 per tile for discontinued tile repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will set an appointment for in person Evalution of the roof . We then will use GPS software to measure your roof to within 99.9% accuracy giving you the most accurate pricing. We will then place all of the options and information in front of our client in order for them to make the best decision possible.
