Competitive, not looking for the upsell, just a well functioning pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually brief conversation site visit/set up account and set up initial cleaning which requires the following. Complete inspection of all equipment, pool area, and lanai if available. Chemistry taken and logged with any adjustment. Email sent to home owner including pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service my entire career, strong work ethic, attention to detail. Certified Pool Operator, licensed in Florida, and insured.
