Our pleasure:We have had the pleasure of using John from Advancetec for our service on all of our home technology!I might add that he did not install or make the profit on the sale of all of our electronics! The very well-known company that installed and sold all of our equipment talked a great story until it came time to service! We count our blessings that we found John and Advancetec Systems! We would be SOL without him!!!Were not mentioning the name of the company that supplied the product on purpose because we dont trust them and figure they would probably sue!We are snowbirds and John even goes and corrects problems we have with our digital watchdog when we are gone!

John is a real pro and really pays attention to the detail. He installed 3 big screen TVs (from 55 to 82 inches) for us as will as a multi-room Sonos sound system. We couldnt be more pleased with the outcome and give John our highest recommendation.
