- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food, cooking and entertaining helped me to get into this line of work. I was in the Air Force for 11 years and felt like I was missing something.i had always dreamt of becoming a chef,so I got out of the military and finished culinary school at LeCordon Bleu. I have worked and trained in some of the top fine dining restaurants in Orlando,but I prefer having a more personal connection with the people that I cook for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do for clients are grocery shopping for meals along with meal planning and preparation. I have had a few clients that like for me to prepare a weeks worth of meals in one day,but mostly I do plated dinners with multiple courses and service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would hire someone that is willing to listen to what the customer wants and ready to give 110% to the best service possible.
