Program Development: Based on the information gathered, we develop a customized program that integrates our three pillars: the Anti-Diet Lifestyle Blueprint, Break the Rules Fitness Plan, and Empowered Wellness Method. Spiritual Leadership: As a small group leader within my church community, I have honed my leadership and mentoring skills, deepening my understanding of spirituality and its role in personal growth. Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist: I am also a certified personal trainer & nutritionist, which equips me with the knowledge to create effective fitness and meal plan programs tailored to individual needs. Continual Learning: I am committed to staying updated on the latest developments in personal development, wellness, and fitness. I regularly attend seminars, read literature, and engage with podcasts to expand my knowledge and offer the most up-to-date guidance to my clients.
