- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All senior citizens and veterans receive 10 percent discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make the customer comfortable and feel at home speaking with me. Also to show and explain why their trees either need to be pruned a certain way or even removed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a very well know tree service for a long time. Took many arborist classes and even completed a masters arborist course.
