- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide honest and upfront pricing based on the scope of work needed. We offer free on-site estimates for many plumbing and drain services and explain all recommended repairs before beginning work. Pricing can vary depending on accessibility, materials, and the condition of the plumbing system. Emergency and after-hours services are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the customer to understand the plumbing issue and schedule a convenient time for service. Once on site, we inspect and diagnose the problem, explain the recommended repair options, and provide clear pricing before starting work. Our goal is to communicate honestly, complete the job properly, and leave the work area clean when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of plumbing and drain cleaning experience working in both residential and commercial plumbing. Our experience includes drain cleaning, sewer repair, hydro jetting, leak detection, water heaters, repipes, and emergency plumbing services. We stay up to date with plumbing codes, equipment, and industry standards to provide quality workmanship and reliable service. We are also certified plumbing trainers with hands-on industry experience.
