- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You book an appointment, 2. We send an appointment confirmation by email and text message. 3. When our tech is on his way, our system sends a reminder text message and email to the customer. 4. Our tech does a diagnosis of your appliance and explains to you what the problem is and what you need to repair. 5. If you agree, we repair your item on the spot at the same time or order parts if it is necessary. 6. You pay for repair only if we fix your appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have ETA certificate, which is the standard of excellence and quality service. Most of all our technicians have master's degrees in engineering, for which they have spent five or even six years of their lives to determine the problem and understand its solution at a glance at the equipment.We value the time and money of our customers and therefore strive for fast, high-quality service.
