I can't tell you enough how much he or she saved me from pulling my hair out and throwing the damn machine out the window I work down it for over a year with a friend that owns a business with PC repair and neither one of us could pin down exactly what the cause was but this guy does it in 2 hours and he's a decade younger than me so my ego is bruised but my eyes and smile are bright and happy You're amazing man you are my go-to for any other PC issues!
