Jeff was very reasonable and did a great job painting the interior of our house including trim. He was on time and worked all day...he is going to paint our garage floor next Monday. Thank you Jeff
George Moore did excellent job painting our house. I would use him again.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Terrence and his team did. They accommodated several last minute requests, and even allow customers to use their account holder discount (43% off all paint) with Sherwin Williams when purchasing the paint for the project. They were very quick to respond to my thousands of questions, even late at night and over the weekend. I had them paint at the the garage floor, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom in home we were buying and an office, an entryway, an accent wall, and a bedroom in the home we were selling, and everyone was very impressed with the quality of the work in both spaces. I am very particular and detail-oriented, and I didn't find one mistake! We are now hiring them again to paint a commercial space for us, and will be hiring them for all future projects! You will not be disappointed! Price was more than fair, and the work was fantastic.
Robert painted and sealed our garage floor. He explained the procedure, showed up and completed the job as promised. I used the reviews on Thumbtack to choose Tropical Painting Co. and was not disappointed.
The floors in the apartment they cleaned were a mess. Not only did they do a great job, but a fast one as well. I'd recommend them highly.
Tony was on time and very professional. Him and his team did a great job painting the outside of our house.
Exterior house painting. Mr. Germann was very accommodating and went the extra mile. Very nice man and we are very happy with the way the job turned out.
Enoch was incredible, almost like a superhero! My wife and I tried to paint our home two days before we moved in. We took a vacation that started Saturday and lined up everything perfectly. Paint Saturday, pack Sunday (we hadn't packed one box yet), movers come Monday at 10:00am, all the installations (ADT, cable, internet, pest, etc) scheduled 8:00-4:00 Tuesday. Woke up early to get supplies Saturday, got to the house and started painting. The previous owners has left all the paint in the garage for touch ups and whatnot except........... Come to find out the main living area paint was a different finish! Semi-gloss not eggshell! We primed and put two coats on about 600 touch up circles throughout the home on every wall and as the day went on we started to realize that we messed up. In comes Enoc!! I call him Saturday night @ 7:00pm, he comes out in 30 minutes to give me an estimate. Amazing! What he quoted I thought was a little high but after thinking about it with my wife we agreed it was necessary. He painted all our mistakes in one day!!! We pushed movers back to Tuesday at 6:00am. He came and painted all day Monday and even repainted our master bedroom because we hated the dark blue it was. The coup de grâce was we found out after we agreed to have Enoc paint, every other painter was close to double in orice and wouldn't have been able to do it as quickly. Amazing work Enoc!! He will definitely be getting all my references. PS Sorry my photos wouldn't upload!
I was very pleased with Tina, Joe and Guy! The team did a great job for me with a laundry list of projects. They reframed my kitchen counter into a breakfast bar, cut out my old cabinet above my stove and installed a new microwave hood combo, re-routed my dryer vent from the garage over the attic to the outside wall, and finally painted my kitchen and laundry. It was bid, contracted, planned and executed in less than a week! The actual work was done in a day! They did a good job cleaning up. We will certainly use them again. Joe gave me some great ideas for updating the ceiling and lighting in the kitchen, as well as painting my cabinets. Thanks Ace High!
I had old pink laminate countertops that needed replacing. After some research I ran into John’s company from the beginning he was very responsive to my questions through out the process. On the day of the job his crew arrived and immediately began taping off they were very professional and respectful needless to say when they finished they cleaned up and were gone. They did an amazing job now my countertops look new at a fraction of what other companies charge I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be doing my garage floors next.
Tony did a wonderful job repairing my floor in my home. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the work he did was excellent. I instantly hired him to do another job and plan on using him again in the future if needed.
Michael Ford did a few jobs in my house. He tiled my living room floor. He tiled the back splash area in the kitchen. He also painted the garage floor with a special epoxy paint that had colored sprinkles in the paint. I was very satisfied with his work. He was fast, neat, and at a reasonably price.
Brian did an excellent job painting our living room! The room has a cathedral ceiling with a fireplace. He did a very professional job and helped us update our 1980's stone fireplace white. Loooks great!!!!
I can not rave enough about Reel Construction, they are second to none. We are new residents of Seminole, FL and bought a home that ended up needing some MAJOR repairs and renovations (including structural). Not knowing anyone locally for the job, we had to depend on our gut to choose our General Contractor. We reached out to countless contractors, called numbers off of vehicles driving down the road and trolled the internet for more hours than we wished. Our scope included: -Demo the entire exterior of the house down to structural wood and replace 30 year old cedar planks with Hardie lap siding and nasty tar paper wrap with Tyvek. -Eliminate 2 windows entirely, convert 2 windows to doors (one sliding and one french), replace 11 other 30 year old windows with up to date, code compliant Anderson windows, convert 1 sliding glass door to a window and cut off a dilapidated, rotted 12ft x 8ft balcony on a third floor. -New roof. Which he was honest in telling me that I was better off contacting a roofer independently and gave me 3 roofers to contact. We ended up Going with Acoma Roofing...also a total home run, great experience, phenomenal outfit! So, after reaching out to dozens of people, it came down to 4 GC's... 1- Guy A, came by to look at the scope and after calling him for a week asking for a proposal, he finally answered the phone and said he did not have time for our job. 2- Guy B, was 3 hours late to a set appointment, "could not find our house", claimed he is a one man show with no overhead which is why his (incomplete) estimate that did not cover my entire scope of work and was suspiciously low...This dude was 80 years old and didn't really "listen" to me during his visit anyways. 3- Guy C, I had to beg him for a face to face meeting to go over the scope of our job for 3 weeks! He finally sent his "new foreman" and he showed up to our house late and with his wife and kids in tow...Then I had to beg him for 3 more weeks for a proposal which I still have not gotten as I write this review. And those are the ones that I got in touch with!!! This doesn't include the countless emails sent and voicemails left with responses that range from no call back or clearly incompetent outfits, to having a yelling match over the phone because "I didn't know what I was talking about and if we are going to start out by you telling me how I'm going to run my job, then go call someone else..." It is exhausting to even narrow it down to 3 equal, or even similar options to choose from. Also, if you are reading this and are wondering who these other outfits are, feel free to call me for more details, my name is Happy 904-716-1616 So on to the good stuff, from day one, Jory was punctual, attentive, accommodating and answered the phone (or called me back by COB) every time I needed him. He is friendly, clean cut and very professional. He is well educated, courteous around my wife and kids and well mannered. Basically the dude has it together and is not a disheveled mess. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met. He caries himself with the confidence that no job is to big but remains humble enough that you would hire him for a simple bathroom remodel or an inexpensive deck addition...I can confidently say that he has the knowledge and skill to tackle any job. He took care of every detail from pulling permits to assisting with my material order from Home Depot. He negotiated with the scaffolding company on my behalf and took a bill that potentially was $10k to half of that. He coordinated every city and county inspection and did EVERYTHING on the up and up. I do not have a shadow of a doubt that he is the most honest General Contractor that I have met or will ever meet, and that extends to his crews BTW... On several occasions his crews worked at our house with full access to the inside (we had no option) while we were out of town or away for the entire day. Most of the time he was not there the whole day, leaving Crispin, his main foreman in charge. At no point were any valuables in our house (or garage) even looked at, there was plenty of opportunity for stuff to go missing and it never happened, it's not even a thought to these guys. With a lot of hesitation, I gave him the keys to my house, but our stuff remained as safe as if I was there watching them...it blows my mind that people this honest still exist. Everybody from Jory himself, Crispin, Pablo, Vicente, Thomas, Ken and down to the newest helper were there just trying to make an honest living. They represent what is great about America! The quality of his work: I am in the elevator business, I came from oil and power, I know my way around tools...on a few occasions I tried to cut some corners (not compromising the end product or look, but mainly to save money) and he put his foot down and did things right. On one occasion even saying that his name was on the line and he would work with me on the cost of doing it right if he needed to but refused to cut a corner, even when I was asking him to! In any event, we ran into a lot of water and termite damage to the house that was out of scope and he could have nickle and dimmed me to death but instead chose to keep my final bill reasonable (he is not the cheapest guy out there but he is the best by a long shot, and you truly get what you pay for). Now check this out, and I still have a hard time believing this myself, but, he started my job the day we agreed, he finished my job 15 days ahead of schedule and the final bill was within 2% of his original budget... Everything you have read so far is why I am taking the time (that I don't really have) out of my busy day to write such a detailed review. He deserves to be raved about and no, he did not bride me to write this! As you can read, Jory Romano and his crews far exceeded our expectations. I will never go to another outfit for my future remodeling or constructions needs nor will I ever stop raving about how impressed I am with Reel Construction!
Alex did a great job taking care of the small projects in my house. He was quick to schedule a assessment, and then completed the work immediately. I am moving and getting my house ready for renters. So many small projects that I have been putting off. Alex and his team came in and completed each task quickly and efficiently— and affordable!! He even took on some small things at no charge in the house that popped up when he was there. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to complete those projects that you don’t have time to do. He painted, fence work, cleaned and repaired gutters, redid flooring, repaired doorway. Great guy and great work!!
Great company! We had several companies come out to give us an estimate on our garage and driveway and Kovac Flooring can't be beat. Great prices, hard workers and out standing quality. My wife and are impressed.
Was a pleasure to work with! Really helped me bring my vision to life! Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely do business again and would recommend to anyone who is looking to have paint done in their home or business!
Great company! Not one complaint from me! Everything was done perfectly and on time. The owner Marc is very polite and respectful! If you need your garage flooring done I would definitely go with vykin garage!
I had the interior of my house painted. It was very affordable and competitively priced. They also pressure washed the exterior of the house, driveway, garage and sidewalks. They did a great job! I recommended them to family members and they were very happy with their work as well. I have and will continue to recommend them whenever anyone needs painting or pressure washing.
They totally remodeled my entire house. New kitchen, drywall, painting, roof, siding, hard wood flooring, carpet, ceramic tile, and built a garage. They got everything done ahead of schedule. He was very easy to work with and kept us informed of everything. I would never hire another contractor to do any of our work again. We will use D&J contracting for everything.
