Overall fantastic experience, not only did he communicate with me very well but made my day to day routine unchanged. I was still able to cook for my children and go to work without worrying that something would go wrong. I'll never use anyone else. And a bonus, my dog hates men but seemed so comfortable with Jessie, even would get excited when he would hear his vehicle pulling in. Excellent! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
