After building houses in Vermont for over 40 years we decided to start this business to help educate people about any safety issues and the overall condition of their potential purchase. Since it is the largest investment you will make, we believe it is crucial for you to know all the in’s and out’s of your new property. That’s why you need to call us. I used Your Castle HomeInspections Inc. for my homeinspection. They were reasonably priced and scheduled my inspection right away. Upon my arrival, they showed me all the pictures and concerns they had, which weren't many. I would definitely recommend!

So glad I found Castle homeinspections on Thumbtack. I used them as the inspectors for my first time home buying process.. Seth made everything so easy to book online and they were available next day. They did such a thorough job and found so many issues in the house that I almost bought. I’m glad I had them and not someone else who wouldn’t have been as thorough because I would’ve been stuck deeply in debt fixing these problems. I was so happy with them that I used them the following week to inspect the new house that I put an offer in on, and my realtor said she would be referring them to her clients because she was impressed by their professionalism and work. Would rate a 10/10 if i could!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers are excited and overwhelmed most the time. Buying a house is going to be their most expensive purchase. We try to cover every nook and cranny inside and out of the house. We take about 300 pictures so we can show you in great detail the safety hazards and deficiencies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning how to build and take pride in my work stems from my father and the men on his crew that took pride in their work and produced outstanding products
