When working with a new customer, we start by listening to their needs and understanding the specific details of their project. We’ll schedule a consultation (either in person or over the phone) to discuss expectations, timelines, and budget. After that, we provide a clear estimate or proposal so the customer knows exactly what to expect. Once the plan is agreed upon, we set a schedule that works best for the customer and make sure all details are confirmed before starting. During the project, we maintain open communication, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns right away. After the work is complete, we follow up to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and comfortable reaching out again for future services. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
