This painter gave us the lowest bid. Our realtor wasn’t so sure until she met him. He did a great job painting a 1500 sq ft condo including color change so that all walls were the same color. His quote was based solely on text messaging so final bill was just slightly more. Plan to hire him again in Oct!

I like walking the job but if description is good details then can make a deal before walking the job. Just need down payment and supplies that owner is paying for.
