This painter gave us the lowest bid. Our realtor wasn’t so sure until she met him. He did a great job painting a 1500 sq ft condo including color change so that all walls were the same color. His quote was based solely on text messaging so final bill was just slightly more.
Plan to hire him again in Oct!

We were really pleased to have Mark do our repair. He made certain to have the correct thickness of drywall as well as proper texture. He maintained incredible communication throughout the entire process. He was extremely neat and respectful of our home and was a pleasure to have.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Half up front or at least $500 depending on the size of the job for supplies and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like walking the job but if description is good details then can make a deal before walking the job. Just need down payment and supplies that owner is paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 year's experience in Professional Painting residential and commercial and experience in repairs
