Motivating, dynamic coaching, smiley staff, cosy pleasant center. I had never saw nor tried these technologies, and it's very efficient. I especially do EMS training, it's a quick session (20min) but I really felt my body working like hours of exercise! I already feel my muscles more toned than before, I will see even more awesome results after a few more sessions. Glad to have Pulse in my weekly routine!
