Introduction: Train With Tracy is now concierge! Working from home? Furloughed? Don’t want to clog up your spare bedroom or garage with equipment? No problem! Book your sessions with me and have the gym come to you. I have been training for 5 years; from seniors, women’s only fitness, PNF, to corrective exercise, I’ve run the gambit. Weight loss, general fitness, muscle building: whatever your needs, I can appease. My goal is to make fitness fun and attainable. Not just a diet, not just a workout plan that you don’t look forward to doing. Training with me will be a fun, educational lifestyle change that will stay with you long after your last session with me is over. I offer one on one PT sessions, 2 person Buddy PT sessions, and small group on request. I pride myself on price transparency- ~Solo PT is $55 a session ~Buddy PT is $40 a session per person (Within 10 miles of central Clearwater/Largo. Additional travel charge for longer distances.) *REMOTE COACHING:* TWT is also offering remote coaching. Whether in tandem with your weekly sessions, or as your primary coaching if you’re out of state, remote coaching can benefit everyone! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2x, 3x, & 4x/Wk programming is $50, $60, & $70 bi weekly. *All Sales Final*

Tracy is one of the best personal trainer to work with! She is very knowledgeable and attentive to the form of my work out. I take the time out of my day to make a hour long trip just to workout with her because of her training and price is excellent! She is very professional and will explain and answer any questions that you would have about the workout or the anatomy part of the body. So don’t be afraid to ask her any questions! She is also very responsive on the phone if you were to text or call her if you have any questions about scheduling, diet, etc. She is also very energetic and is passionate about her job, in which that is why I am continuing my training with her.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have solo and buddy (doubles) 60 minute PT pricing available, as well as offering competitive group rates for 4+ people!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to start with a phone screening! This is a quick 10-15 minute chat where I gather the basics: injuries, current level of fitness, where you’re looking to train, how often, will you be alone, etc. We then set a time and day for your in person Fit Eval. The Eval is completed wherever we choose to train (house, park, etc). I will be evaluating current strength, flexibility, and mobility ranges, finding muscular imbalances or injuries, and will lay out a plan to fix any potential issues.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have multiple certifications from the American Muscle & Fitness PT academy, I am enrolled in multiple NASM courses, and I self educate to stay current with strength, fitness, and scientific/mechanical/sports exercise research.
