- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You essentially have me 24/7. For both in person and remote coaching, clients receive personalized meal plans and exercise routines to do even on days we don't meet. I'll be driving accountability and your progress throughout the week by checking in on you, and I'm open to text and email for extra support. You can even send me videos of your independent workouts for feedback.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thoroughly interview and understand my client's needs and goals, then create a personalized diet and exercise program specific to that client's schedule, dietary preferences, skill level, and specific goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with emphasis on Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
