Working with Tsensational fitness allowed me to push myself to limits I never imagined. Roger of Tsensational fitness, focused on proper form and also was great at giving feedback during my weight training sessions. Which helped me progress with my intensity of the weights. Roger found my fitness level then helped me improve it. For instance, once he learned I had a bad shoulder, he was very careful not to injure it, but focused on rehabbing it. My shoulder greatly improved in just a few months. Also he knew I was an avid cyclist so he focused exercises that would improve my riding performance. I certainly got faster and stronger on the bike. I made tremendous progress with weekly training sessions!

Roger has a bio background and a drive towards learning that sets him apart from the rest. He's great at myth busting and bringing the common sense back to health. A truly learned person can make difficult things easy to understand for the layman yet can get into the extreme details off the cuff. Whether nutrician or targeted precision sculpting, which is his forte, he's my go to guru. His consultation alone probably saved me thousands of hours of doing it the wrong way.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    You essentially have me 24/7. For both in person and remote coaching, clients receive personalized meal plans and exercise routines to do even on days we don't meet. I'll be driving accountability and your progress throughout the week by checking in on you, and I'm open to text and email for extra support. You can even send me videos of your independent workouts for feedback.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Thoroughly interview and understand my client's needs and goals, then create a personalized diet and exercise program specific to that client's schedule, dietary preferences, skill level, and specific goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with emphasis on Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
