Merillat Roofing recently replaced two roofs in my community. The entire team at Merillat Roofing was a breeze to deal with. From front office to project manager to the roofers, all aspects of my experience with the company was excellent. They showed up on time every time, they worked steadily throughout the day, they cleaned up each evening before they left and the job was completed on time and at the agreed up price. The project manager checked in each day and was on property to answer all questions. The front office dropped off samples and followed up during the project. I plan to use them again.

Gave me an estimate quickly, got permits and started roof as promised. New roof was put on and everything cleaned up. They immediately followed up with final inspection. Easy and pleasant to deal with. Price was fair.

About a month ago we began the process of replacing our roof. We spoke to multiple companies and hired what we thought to be a quality roofer based on our research and their reviews. The entire experience was nothing short of traumatizing. After discovering rotten wood, improperly installed materials, and experiencing constant water intrusion from our brand-new roof we began to feel hopeless; Then we contacted Merillat Roofing to see if they could help.The entire Team went above and beyond to help us navigate what we were going through and had our new roof permitted, financed and installed within a weeks time. The Team genuinely cared about what we were going through and did everything they could to help the process go smoothly. The Team was professional, supportive and kind, and the final product is beautiful. We are so happy that we found a company that cared about our home as much as we do. Merillat Roofing exceeded our expectations from start to finish and words cannot express how grateful we are for finding such an incredible company to replace our roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All roof repairs and replacements are not created equal. Every repair or replacement request is scheduled for a free onsite inspection. This inspection helps us to get an overview of your project and price any repairs or replacement for your home based on your specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls for a repair or replacement estimate, we setup an onsite inspection with the homeowner. Once the inspection is complete, we email the homeowner a copy of any photos and the estimated cost of repairs or replacement based on the inspection. Upon approval we send contract documents for execution and schedule the repairs or replacements to be completed within 1-5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Roofers and Contractors. Our Team is made up of 22 employees all of which have been in the construction industry 10-40 years. We do not rely on subcontractors to install our roofs; we are our roofers!
