About
100% Customer Satisfaction. It's pretty common in the roofing, siding, and windows industry to hear that reputation is everything. After more than two decades in the construction business and thousands of satisfied clients all over the Midwest and beyond, we're pretty sure that sentiment is true, and we want you to know that we will live up to ours no matter what the scope of your project entails. Whether you bring us a complex, custom roof replacement project that you've been dreaming of for months, an emergency leak in the middle of the night, or new windows throughout, Ridge Top Exteriors will always deliver 100% customer satisfaction and absolute quality work without any compromise, just like we've been doing since 2002. We know that our customers are the backbone of our success; in fact, our customers are the main reason we put our hearts and souls into everything we do on every construction project we're a part of.

Ridge Top Exteriors is a fantastic company to deal with. The Hardie Board Siding is great and was installed perfectly. Dan Smith, project manager was commutative from start to finish. Our sales rep, Jake was always available to answer questions and checked on the project from start to finish. Superior workmanship by the installation crew led by Alex. They left the site clean and free of debris each day, pointed out the underlying wood damaged by termites that needed replacement, and the finished product is well done and beautiful. Would highly recommend to hire this company. Outstanding workmanship and warranty is better than majority of companies installing this product.

On behalf of the Meadows of Tarpon Woods HOA, I am pleased to offer this review of a project recently completed for our neighborhood by Ridge Top Exteriors of Clearwater. Our community pool house building was in serious need of help--termite infested siding and framing, rodent-chewed electrical wiring--the 40+ year-old original structure was a mess, held together practically by sawdust and hope. Ridge Top Exteriors came in and in a very short period of time (not even two weeks) was able to renovate and revitalize the exterior of our building, making it not only structurally sound again but, with a fine paint job added by another local contractor, beautiful and something that adds pride and value to our small HOA. The workmen on site were very professional, efficient and talented. The project was managed deftly under challenging circumstances, with the project manager and sales lead at all times maintaining objectivity and a positive attitude, even when the initial demolition revealed extra damage necessitating extra costs to the original project, hard to foresee but not that unrealistic given the age of the building and our location here in central Florida. Nonetheless, the team kept the train on the tracks and worked with our Board of Directors to get the project completed in spite of elevated costs. We are grateful to Ridge Top Exteriors for their service to our community, and now have a building that should stand up well for some time to come.

It was a pleasure working with you and the team to bring your community pool house back to life. Your kind words about our crew and project management mean a lot to us. Here’s to many great years ahead for your revitalized building!
