- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go out and meet the customer and go over what they are looking to have done and answer any questions. Go over the materials that will be needed to do the job and leave them knowing the job will be done correct and with the utmost quality.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I ran a manufacturing company for many years and learned to fix machines and other repairs around the business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done with both on the residential and commercial side.
