- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are $85 per hour or $800 for 10 sessions prepaid. 30-minute sessions are available for $45 or $400 for 10 sessions prepaid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know you. There is no one-size fits-all formula for better living. To successfully guide you, I must learn about the whole you (brain-body-life). We will review your goals and circumstances, and identify what needs the most attention right now. We will create a custom-for-you plan of action that includes working in session together and things for you to do in between sessions. Our work may include physical practices, mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, breathing techniques, mantra training, guided self-inquiry, contemplation exercises, brain training exercises, and other mindfulness techniques.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and YACEP with over 10,000 professional teaching hours.
