I will create a custom-for-you plan of action that includes working in session together and things for you to do in between sessions. Depending on your unique circumstances and goals, your program may include guided conversations for processing/reflecting, contemplative writing exercises, targeted changes in your daily life, meditation, physical yoga, and/or other mindfulness techniques. Individual sessions: 30-minute session = $55 60-minute session = $95 Prepaid Packages: Ten 30-minute sessions, prepaid = $500 Ten 60-minute sessions, prepaid = $900 12-Week Programs: Focused 12-week programs are available for $1,050 (prepaid).
